They combine the freshness of live plants with the ease of artificial plants. Stabilized plants have everything to please! How does stabilization work and which species to choose? Explanations.

What is stabilization?
Stabilization is a process that consists of replacing the sap of plants with biodegradable vegetable glycerin. Thanks to this, the plants are frozen in time and require no maintenance. No need to water, prune, or add fertilizer. The stabilized plants no longer need light. Stabilization occurs at the peak of the plant’s growth, in order to benefit from a vigorous and well-developed subject. Stabilized plants remain natural plants, retaining their aesthetic qualities: flexibility, freshness, and color.
Creations made in Switzerland

Végétal Tendance uses stabilized plants in many of its designs. Vertical gardens, plant frames, logos, and green signage, potted plants… The possibilities are endless for inviting nature indoors without constraints. All our creations are made in our workshop near Nyon, in the canton of Vaud.
A wide range of stabilized plants
Eucalyptus
This beautiful tree offers round or elongated gray-green leaves depending on the species. There are several types of Eucalyptus at Végétal Tendance: in topiary, in a crown of leaves, or as a small bushy tree. The stabilized eucalyptus provides a beautiful plant density, ideal for decorating workspaces.
Palm tree
The star of exotic style, the palm tree charms with its large exuberant fronds. Its fibrous trunk emerges with a generous rosette of green leaves. It enhances a jungle and tropical decoration. Ideal in public spaces, it has a strong plant presence. Stabilization allows for enjoying a tree indoors for unique atmospheres.
Fern
It brings a lush touch with its finely divided fronds. Végétal Tendance uses fern leaves in its plant creations. It appears in frames and vertical gardens to bring freshness and relief. Brazilian capillary, rock fern, parchment fern… We offer different species with varying sizes and foliage.
Mosses
They take us on a walk in the forest. Mosses invite refreshing and lush nature into interior decor. They form the base of frames and vertical gardens. At Végétal Tendance, we use flat moss and ball moss. The flat variety reveals a medium green with a smooth silhouette. It is ideal for highlighting products or a logo. The ball variety is distinguished by a lighter green and a relief shape.
Lichen
Lichen has the advantage of being available in many shades. It is then possible to match it to your company’s colors or to dare original creations. Regardless of the chosen color, lichen is used on all types of supports: logo, wall, frame, plant composition…
Bonsais
Small and stylish, bonsais convey a sense of zen. Originating from Japanese gardens, they are known for their gnarled and decorative trunks. Végétal Tendance offers several types of bonsais: juniperus, parvifolia, tobira, tenuifolium. The foliage varies, as do the dimensions, which range from 15cm to 70cm.
Topiaries
Decidedly chic, topiaries are plants shaped into geometric forms. Our range of stabilized plants in Switzerland offers subjects shaped into balls. Composed of one to four spheres, topiaries reveal multiple foliage types: eucalyptus, pittosporum, thuja, holly, or tenuifolium. These plants are ideal for elegantly arranging a reception area. They provide a high-end image and pair particularly well with the charm of the old.

Stabilized plant planter

Planters are ideal for delineating spaces. They separate offices from relaxation areas, dress the center of a hall, accompany benches for pleasant breaks… There are a thousand and one ways to integrate them into interior design. Filled with stabilized plants, they reveal varied textures and densities of foliage, for a soothing atmosphere.
Stabilized vertical garden
A must-have at Végétal Tendance, the stabilized vertical garden is a remarkable installation. It brings a strong plant presence and induces a welcoming atmosphere. Mosses and foliage combine for a fresh and harmonious composition. We offer different finishes for a result that is sometimes clean and design-oriented, sometimes lush and jungle-like.
Stabilized plant frame
Like the vertical garden, the stabilized frame is a window open to nature. Stabilized plant frames come in various shapes: square, rectangle, round, customized… We adapt to each situation. Foliage, mosses, and flowers, we create real little vertical gardens without maintenance.
Stabilized plant partition
The stabilized plant partition resembles the vertical garden while being movable. It can be placed and moved as desired, in tune with projects and teams. Its wooden structure is accompanied by stabilized plants, to delineate and decorate at the same time.
Logo and signage
Stabilized plants are perfectly suited for creating logos and signage. The letters and patterns are filled with vegetation to convey a green brand image. Since stabilized plants require no maintenance, they work well for this type of creation. Végétal Tendance primarily uses mosses and lichens to adorn logos, due to their relatively low profile.
Stabilized plant decoration

At Végétal Tendance, we create custom plant arrangements. Plant spheres, columns, suspensions… We use stabilized plants for your projects, even the most original ones!
